Shirin brings to HSP more than 20 years of experience in the Global Transformation, Program, Portfolio and Project Management areas, across a wide range of industries and business sectors, with formal qualifications to support her experience. She is a PMP and Lean Six-Sigma Green-belt certified professional who has delivered multi-million dollar projects for companies such as Bank of America, Dell, WNS Services, TMF Group and other organisations. Shirin obtained her MBA from the Columbia Business School.
Most recently, Shirin has successfully delivered multi-service client implementation programs in her previous role, with scope ranging from 10 to 70 countries and jurisdictions, most including a scope of financial and corporate management services offered by the company.
During her tenure at her previous employer, Shirin led cross-functional delivery teams with members based in different countries and possesses the ability to effectively lead remote teams as one of her key skills. These teams included product and service specialists, legal advisers and IT professionals with members from both internal and the client organisations, including, 3rd party organisations and sub-contractors.
