Senior Appointments at HSP Group

HSP Group shows strong growth

Following a successful second full year of trading which saw revenues increase more than 600%, HSP Group has made several new senior appointments and strategic moves that will bolster the company’s leadership capabilities and growth plans.

Firstly, Lisa Weber, currently Director of HR & Administration, has been promoted to the new role of VP, Human Resources, reporting to the company’s Founder & CEO, Larry Harding.  She will also be joining the company’s Executive Committee.

Secondly, Dan Kragt has moved from his position as VP, Operations to a strategically important role on HSP Group’s Advisory Board.

Finally, Dan’s move means that Danny Stevens has taken on increased service line responsibilities and will now serve as the company’s VP of Customer Operations.

Talking about the appointments, Larry Harding comments: “Our success to date has arisen due to the quality of talented professionals we are able to attract and retain, and their ability to support our growth and delight our customers. As a result, our Human Resources function is critical and at the heart of our business strategy. Lisa’s promotion and appointment to ExCo confirms the importance we place on continuing to attract the best talent in our industry, as well as hiring those with the right mindset who will feel energized by our unique, customer-first culture. Our goal is to remain the employer of choice in this market, even as we continue to disrupt it.”

He continues: “As a business, we want to ensure we maximize the skill sets we have within the organization, which speaks to both Dan’s and Danny’s new roles. Dan has played an integral role in the launch of HSP, hired a strong team of operational professionals and led the development of our thriving Barcelona office. In his new Advisory Board role, HSP will continue to utilize his insights and experience to the benefit of our delivery capabilities.”

Larry concludes: “Lastly, Danny’s additional responsibilities - as he moves from his prior role as VP, Head of Implementations & Transformation’s - reflects the significant experience he has gained in this industry over the years, as well as the credibility he’s earned with the entire team here at HSP. His team are the folks who directly support our customers with the challenges inherent in their global footprint, now and into the future - powered by HSP Group’s technology platform, GateWay.”

Now entering its third year of trading, HSP Group expects to see significant growth in all areas of the business. It continues to look for professionals that want to be part of a team that puts customers and technology front and center in their quest to deliver industry-leading global expansion solutions.
