HSP Group, the client preferred provider of global expansion software and services, is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Finance & Administration team, with the hiring of Patti Crodelle as the Director of Finance, Controller and Lisa Weber as Manager of Operations & Administration.
In her new role, Patti will manage the day-to-day financial and accounting functions for HSP. She has extensive experience in similar positions with privately owned and publicly traded companies in her past, including roles as Chief Administrative Officer and Controller with Paragon Insurance Holdings, Accounting and Finance Leader at Lincoln Financial Group, Accounting Manager at Cigna, and CFO at Pocket Communications, Inc. She is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
As Manager of Operations & Administration, Lisa will be focusing heavily on global staffing and recruitment, along with other critical HR and administrative areas as HSP continues its rapid expansion, including the development of company-wide policies and procedures, HQ and facilities management and planning, and other key internal company operational matters. She began her career at EY in their Boston office, graduating from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Communications, and most recently Lisa was Senior New Business Development Director for T. R. Miller Co, Inc.
