HSP Group, the client preferred provider of global expansion software and services, is pleased to announce the hiring of Paulo Martins as Global Services Director and Rosy Espino as Global Implementation Program Manager. Each of these professionals bring relevant industry experience helping clients expand internationally, and will work with headquarters-based Finance, Tax, Legal and HR personnel who are managing their company’s global footprint.

Based in Slovakia, Paulo Martins brings 16 years of experience in the professional services industry, where he has had a strong focus especially around Finance and Payroll. After completing his Economics degree in Portugal in 2004, he began his professional career at Accenture. He then spent almost 10 years with Epicor Software, where he implemented ERP systems, and set up a new Global Managed Services operation to support international clients. This led him to join TMF Group, where he started in Operations Transformation, later focusing on his passion for helping clients throughout the world, where as Client Services Director he was responsible for the worldwide relationship of many of TMF’s most important global clients.
Rosy Espino, based in Miami, is an experienced consultant with over 10 years of experience in the Global Mobility field. After graduating from Florida International University with an Accounting degree and a Master’s in Taxation, Rosy began her career at PwC, where she was part of the Human Capital/Global Mobility team for 7 years, specializing in individual expatriate tax and global mobility consulting. Before joining HSP, Rosy was part of the founding group of professionals in the Consultancy Solutions business at TMF Group, and was later a member of their Implementation Services Team.
