Ilonka, based in the Netherlands, is a seasoned international business professional with twenty years of experience. She has worked at some of the leading global service provider firms in the world, supporting multinational clients with their HR & Payroll transformations while at Sogeti, the Technology and Engineering Services division of Capgemini, Capgemini itself, ADP, and KPMG. Ilonka is especially focused on driving favorable business outcomes for her clients, simplifying their transformations through collaborative teamwork and the delivery of creative solutions that best meet their needs.
