HSP Group, the client preferred provider of global expansion software and services, is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Global Implementation Team, with the hiring of Elena Romero as Director of Onboarding.
In her new role, Elena will continue hiring and developing the growing team of Program and Project Management professionals around the world, operating within HSP’s Single Point of Contact (SPOC) model, and focused on enhancing the firm’s main differentiator versus the legacy providers it competes with: the quality of the Client Experience.

Based in Barcelona, Elena has extensive experience in the global expansion services market, having started her career at Dupont in the Payroll & Global Transitions team, before moving on to ADP, where she managed large Project Implementation teams for ADP Streamline, and subsequently was Director of Client Services for ADP® Celergo, their global payroll platform connecting and unifying multiple country payrolls into a single, unified solution. Most recently, she was heading the Program Management Team at TMF Group. With her 20+ years’ experience managing a wide range of Global Payroll Transitions, and a bachelor’s in public Labour Administration, Elena is well placed for success in a leadership role in the fast paced, high-growth environment of HSP Group.
