Hires industry veteran as VP, Head of Operations to strengthen its service delivery capabilities in the provision of global expansion solutions supporting US and European headquartered organisations
HSP Group, the client preferred provider of global expansion software and services, is pleased to announce the hiring of Dan Kragt as Vice President and Head of Operations. In this role, Dan will lead the firm’s service delivery capabilities, which are focused on helping Finance, Tax, Legal and HR personnel based in the US and Europe who are tasked with dealing with the challenges of managing their company’s global footprint. The firm’s simplified, turnkey approach provides clients with efficiency in their processes, full compliance with local regulations, and needed consistency across each geography outside their home base of operations.
Dan joins HSP Group after previously playing an instrumental role in the success of TMF Group, joining their operation after selling his business to them in the late 1990’s. Before the sale of TMF Group to CVC Capital Partners in 2018, Dan was Chief Operating Officer, as well as a member of their ExCo and Board of Directors. For the last 3 years, Dan’s focus has been on the use of technology in the professional services industry, and he continues to hold a number of advisory positions with start-up companies focused on financial and administrative services and compliance.
