Nick Hart

With eight years of value-added tax (VAT) specific experience, Nick leads the VAT practice on the HSP Advisory team. He advises clients across all industries and countries, providing insight and support on international VAT matters for U.S. based firms entering and operating in foreign markets. Prior to joining HSP, Nick was a VAT consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing VAT compliance, consultancy and advisory services for a variety of clients, operating in different business sectors. Nick was also a VAT audit officer with HM Revenue & Customs, the U.K. tax authority, for four years, during which time he conducted VAT audits on businesses.
