David Wall

David is a member of our Senior Management Team and is based out of the UK. He has overall responsibility for the selection and ongoing management of HSP’s panel of local service providers and manages a team covering Europe, the Americas, Africa and APAC. He is a UK qualified lawyer with extensive experience in both private practice and industry in the management of outsourcing and offshore commercial arrangements. Prior to joining HSP, David was the Deputy Head of Legal for the UK arm of Sun Life of Canada with key involvement in the management of its strategic outsourcing relationships. Before joining Sun Life of Canada he was Legal Counsel with a UK based international expansion business and prior to that worked for the shared service business of E.ON UK plc, (one of Europe’s largest gas and energy providers) where he developed a number of onshore/offshore framework agreements with BPO providers for the provision of technology and F&A services. David began his career as a lawyer with US law firm Reed Smith LLP and is a member of the Law Society.
