Susan Rucker

Susan has been a member of HSPs Advisory Board since its launch in April 2011.  As a seasoned executive with years of experience in the business services sector (including Tatum LLC from 2005-2009, where she was ultimately Chief Operating Officer. Partner and Vice President, Operations & Administration for Unisys, and National Managing Partner for the Business Process Outsourcing practice of KPMG, where she began her career in 1978), Susan’s focus as an Advisor to HSP will be on the design and implementation of new product line strategies, and the development of operational efficiencies.  She has also helped HSP launch its first Client Advisory Board, focused on providing market feedback on client service and firm positioning.
