With HSP, you'll have a single point of accountability for all of your headquarters-based Finance, HR and Legal personnel.

Implementation services:

• entity establishment
• post-entity registrations
• onboarding tasks (setup of accounting and payroll records, etc.)

 Implementation services are provided for a fixed one-time fee. 

Recurring Services:

• payroll and related payroll tax obligations
• vendor payments
• employee expense reimbursements
• cash management
• local bookkeeping
• completion of a monthly reporting package for consolidation at HQ

Fees are based on the number of employees in each country.  All HSP Overseas Direct customers receive two user licenses for HSP OverseasConnect®. Recurring services are provided for a fixed monthly fee, based on the number of employees. 

Compliance services:

• quarterly and annual corporate income tax filings
• other country-specific statutory requirements
• statutory audits

Compliance services are provided for a fixed range of annual fees, since requirements will tend to vary based on the actual activities in-country over the course of the year.
