Nicole Bagy

As Business Development Director, Nicole Bagy is responsible for HSP’s expansion into Southern California and Texas, where she focuses on client acquisition, client service, recruiting and training. Charged with building out HSP’s infrastructure in these markets, Nicole works closely with Eric Lodge to implement strategic initiatives designed to take advantage of the significant market growth projected for these region as venture investing continues strong. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Bagy has an MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a dual BA from Maryville University of St. Louis. An experienced traveler and entrepreneur herself, Nicole has developed comprehensive go-to-market strategies for companies expanding into Asia and has advised entrepreneurs on successful microenterprises in South America.
