Eric Lodge

As West Coast Regional Director, Eric is responsible for business development in the Silicon Valley region and in Southern California. Eric is a true partner to his clients, putting his extensive experience to work helping companies avoid problems when starting up internationally. With his strong analytical skills, data management expertise and global company experience, HSP clients rely on Eric for the smooth and profitable management of their overseas operations. Eric previously worked as a Financial Manager for the Core Networking and Data Networking groups at Ciena Corporation, a Maryland-based global supplier of telecommunications equipment. Having worked closely with Larry Harding at Ciena, Eric was asked by him to join the HSP team. With experience as an analyst at both Northrop Grumman as well as Washington Savings Bank, where he also served as an internal auditor, he currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Bowie, Maryland bank; a position complementing his corporate finance experience. Eric is graduate of the University of Maryland with a dual BS degree in Finance and Economics.
