David Bizzaro

Vice President, International Operations

As VP of International Operations, David Bizzaro brings deep operating experience of fast-growth environments, a strategic market view, and an intense commitment to help clients and overseas providers achieve success in working together. Responsible for building out HSP's international infrastructure and overseeing the firm's provider network, David sources new partnering opportunities, evaluates and negotiates service provider contracts, and helps clients solve global business problems. A highly skilled international financial executive, David also serves as an interim finance professional overseas for clients in need of his level of expertise. With over 15 years of financial management experience at small, mid and large-cap companies in the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America, David has a proven track record of creating high impact through improved financial controls, aggressive cost management and value-added analysis. On the domestic side, David will also lead a New York area team focused on expanding HSP's reach in that market.

David came to High Street Partners from the ICT Group, where, as Senior Vice President of International Finance, he led the finance team’s activities across Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to ICT, David served as Finance Director at AVAYA Inc., and as the Asia-Pacific Finance Director at CIENA based in Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, David held leadership roles in operations and finance for XO Communications, Global One Communications and NCR Corporation. Possessed of highly developed interpersonal and business skills, David earned a double BA from Beloit College in Wisconsin, a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina and he is a CMA (Certified Management Accountant). He has lived and worked in Asia, Latin America and Europe, and he is fluent in English, Spanish and French, with a working knowledge of Portuguese and Mandarin.
