Sharepoint Architect-Developer - Boston

Working closely with the VP of IT, HSP's Sharepoint Architect-Developer will play a critical role in the evolution and success of the company's internal and externally facing applications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to be the primary contributor in a small team environment producing high quality applications and portal solutions for both internal operations and external clients and business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the total project lifecycle, from analysis, specification, development, to testing, rollout and support. Our high end data center, Cisco networking, HP servers, Microsoft x64 environment (Exchange 2007/MOSS 2007/ISA 2006), EMC storage and VMware ESX virtual environment provides an ideal - and cutting edge - technical arena for production and development. Senior Network Administrator - Boston
Working closely with the VP of IT, the Senior Network Administrator will play a pivotal role in the growth and support of HSP’s user base and mission critical data center operations. Primary Account Manager - Boston and San Jose
An HSP Account Manager is the “face of HSP.” Closely involved with the client’s management team and dedicated to evaluating and meeting the client’s operational needs overseas, the PAM interfaces with the overseas local service providers involved in each project to ensure the successful set up, delivery and smooth running of client engagements around the world. This critical role involves multiple projects, deadlines and regular communication with multiple parties. An Accounting or Finance degree is required, as is at least 3 to 5 years experience working in the Finance or Accounting department of a growth company.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to achieve the following:
• Work as an interface between clients and Local Services Providers to ensure that all client needs are met, including monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, payroll and tax compliance issues.
• Respond to all client requests in an effective and timely manner
• Manage internal resources devoted to helping support our fixed price turnkey client solutions
• Leverage internal and external resources to engage consulting work as required
• Efficiently manage and multitask projects at various stages of development
• Perform billable tasks as required
New hires will receive a competitive fixed salary and benefits package. Additional incentives may include account management bonuses related to the number of clients served, and incentive bonuses based on achieving overall contribution and operating performance targets.
Overseas Direct (OsD) Manager - Boston and San Jose
The primary objective of the OsD Manager is to assist an HSP senior staff member manage a portfolio of approximately 10-20 clients operating overseas. Working closely with both clients and local service providers (LSPs), this hire will be responsible for helping manage and oversee the recurring accounting, compliance and related tasks being performed by LSPs, while ensuring that the client’s US headquarters requirements are being met. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses a wide range of accounting skills, including experience with overseas locations. He or she will also support HSP clients entering the US.
The successful candidate will fulfill the following international Accounting support functions:
• Review and understand the US GAAP client accounting requirements for their overseas operations
• Review the monthly reporting package produced by overseas LSPs that are submitted to HQ in the US for their consolidations, to ensure consistency and quality.
• Interface with client, LSPs and US based account management team to address outstanding accounting issues with regards to monthly financials.
• Assist client with cash management of overseas operations and international treasury management
• Review and ensure the smooth and accurate processing of international payrolls on a regular basis
• Ensure accuracy of monthly intercompany accounts between headquarters and overseas operations
• Provide other various support as required

Accounting Specialist – Boston
Working closely with the Senior Accountant and HR, the Accounting Specialist will help support HSP’s daily business operations. As an integral part of our Finance team, this hire will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing. He or she will maintain detailed accounting records, and provide assistance with expense reports, payroll processes, banking needs, and fixed asset tracking. This position provides excellent exposure to the basic accounting functions of a multi-national organization, and it offers an exciting opportunity to advance a career in accounting or international business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a small team and should demonstrate strong attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field is required, as is at least two years of professional work experience.

This multifaceted hire will be responsible for supporting HSP's busy Boston office and ensuring its smooth running. Typical duties and responsibilities will include relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, managing mail and office deliveries, maintaining schedules, and performing diverse clerical duties in a professional manner. Other projects are also likely. We're looking for an energetic and diplomatic candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and prior administrative and accounting experience is preferred.
