| 1 June, 2006 - On June 16th, Larry Harding will participate as a panelist at TiECon East in Boston. Titled "Innovating in a Flat World", the conference focuses on issues integral to the growth of private enterprises and non-profits, with particular emphasis on globalization trends. As a speaker, Mr. Harding will focus on the dynamics of cross-border investing in Asia on a panel which includes participants from BusinessWeek Magazine, WilmerHale, Merrill Lynch and Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.
